A long-time, dedicated servant leader on behalf of children and families, Terrence infused his knowledge, skills, experience, and passion into TCG. Committed to honoring the memory of his son, Terrell, Terrence has been driven to establish Terrell Christopher Gladney Memorial Academy as the standard for youth-centered, and youth-driven empowerment initiatives.
With over 40 years of Administrative Experience, including over 15 in the non-profit sector, Marla brings a wealth of knowledge to the TCG team. As Grants Coordinator, she identifies resources to allow TCG to grow its impact for youth and families.
